Yoga, what can I say apart from it's changed my life for the better and so I teach it in the hope that it will improve your life too.
My classes always have a focus. My students will be nodding if they read this because I cannot teach without one.

Intention, the breath, perspective and alignment are what it's all about. To move energy and have it flow through you is to release the past and the hold that it has on you. The freedom to be in the moment and to enjoy every moment. I use Silent Counselling (Advanced TFT) on my students too. It's an amazing tool for energy block release throughout the body.
I trained, initially, with Chandra Goswami, Dru yoga (200hrs) and I started teaching straight away (2013) but my journey with yoga began long before in 2001. I completed another 200hrs of Yoga Teacher Training in Bali with East West Yoga, February, 2020. 

1 month of therapeutic yoga training, organic alignment and conscious vinyasa flow with the most amazing Deepak Kumar and philosophy teachings from Vijeth Kumar


Feeling good and enjoying life, releasing the past and living in the the moment,  that's what it's all about.

My Approach

My aim is to teach complete yoga, not just the asanas (postures)  which are beautiful, essential and enriching but there is so much more. Yamas yoga Dunning is a studio for organic postural alignment and conscious Vinyasa flow incorporating therapeutic techniques to improve your yoga practice, your well being and mental state
